"I was very impressed with Victor's service, as always. A different technician had done maintenance on my unit, but something was always left behind, and my unit would stop working. However, Victor came in, diagnosed the problem (a faulty sensor in contact with water), and fixed it expertly. He patiently explained everything to me, allowing me to learn. I highly recommend him. "Joe did a fantastic job. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave us tips on how we can improve the AC unit, as well as recommended upgrades to our home. He also offered us a subscription plan to come out twice a year to check on the AC unit. Joe was NOT a salesman. Regardless, my wife and I signed up for a plan for the company to come out twice a year. The offer was too good to pass up, and you HAVE TO have your AC unit check frequently in Houston. Great company. Great people. Great service. God bless you guys."
